About Pest Control Services 24/7

Since 2010, Pest Control Services 24/7 has connected homeowners with licensed local exterminators across 50 states — making professional pest control easier to find, book, and trust.

How we started

Pest Control Services 24/7 began with a simple observation: homeowners were being sold pest control the way used cars get sold. Pressure tactics, mystery fees, and treatments that did not match the actual problem. We thought the industry could do better, so we built a company around the opposite approach — honest inspections, written quotes, and technicians who treat the source of the problem instead of the symptom.

Since then, we have grown into a national network covering all 50 states and 1,500-plus cities. The size changed; the approach did not.

What we actually do

We are not a single fleet of trucks rolling out of one warehouse. We are a network of licensed, vetted local technicians, each serving their own community. When you request a quote, we match you with a professional who works in your city and knows your region’s pests, climate, and housing stock.

That structure is deliberate. A technician who has treated homes in your county for years knows things a national script cannot: when the termite swarmers show up, which neighborhoods get the worst mosquito pressure, what kind of foundation problems are common in your area. That local knowledge is what makes treatments work the first time.

Every provider in the network goes through the same onboarding: proof of state licensing, current insurance certificates, background screening, and a review of their treatment practices. We re-check those credentials on a schedule, and providers who do not hold up the standard do not stay in the network. When you work with us, you are not hoping for a good technician — you are getting one that we have already vetted.

Our standards

Every technician in our network is held to the same bar, regardless of state or specialty:

  • Licensed and insured. State licensing, current insurance, and vetted backgrounds. You never get handed off to an unvetted operator.
  • Free inspections, written quotes. You see the price before any work begins, and you are never pressured to accept it.
  • EPA-registered, family-safe treatments. Products are chosen for the pest, the property, and the people — and re-entry guidance is clear before we leave.
  • Guaranteed work. Recurring plans include free follow-up visits if pests return between scheduled treatments.

What we handle

Our network covers the full spectrum of pest control:

  • Structural threats — termites, carpenter ants, powderpost beetles, and WDO inspections for purchases and annual protection.
  • Indoor pests — cockroaches, bed bugs, ants, spiders, silverfish, and the seasonal invaders.
  • Outdoor pressure — mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, stinging insects, and lawn pests.
  • Rodents and wildlife — removal, exclusion, and attic cleanup for mice, rats, squirrels, raccoons, and bats.
  • Commercial programs — documented, compliance-ready pest management for businesses of every kind.

Safety and the environment

Effective pest control does not have to mean harsh chemicals everywhere, and we do not treat it that way. Our technicians practice Integrated Pest Management, which means the first question is always whether a treatment is needed at all. Sealing an entry point, removing a harborage, or fixing a moisture problem often does more than a spray — and when a product is needed, it is chosen to do the job with the least impact.

Treatments use EPA-registered products selected for the specific pest, the property type, and the people and pets who live there. Re-entry times are always clear before we leave, and for homes with children, pregnant family members, pets, or sensitivities, the plan is adjusted around them rather than the other way around.

We also keep our work clean. Technicians remove the debris they create, dispose of materials properly, and leave the property as they found it — minus the pests. That respect for the home is part of the job description.

Why homeowners choose us

The reasons we hear most often from the homeowners we serve:

  • The inspection is actually free. No inspection fee buried in the treatment price, no “free inspection” that turns into a hard sell.
  • The quote comes first. You know the cost before the work starts, in writing.
  • The treatment matches the problem. The technician identifies the pest and the source before recommending anything — and will tell you honestly if you do not need treatment.
  • The follow-up is included. Recurring plans cover callbacks, so a return visit does not become a second bill.

What you can expect

When you work with us, the process is the same every time. You request a free quote. A licensed local technician comes to your home, inspects the property, and shows you what they found. You get a written price and decide. If you say yes, the treatment happens safely, you get clear re-entry guidance, and the plan protects your home going forward.

No fine print. No pressure. Just pest control done the way it should have been all along.

If you are ready to see what that looks like, the first step is free: request a quote, and a licensed local technician will show you what honest pest control means in your neighborhood.
